Outline of the Webinar:

This webinar will cover the development of a Culturally, Linguistically and Spiritually Appropriate Care Plan. This co-design initiative has been implemented as part of a partnership between The Centre for Cultural Diversity and Ageing and the Belvedere Aged Care lifestyle team and residents. A Culturally, Linguistically, and Spiritually Appropriate Care Plan is an effective and culturally sensitive way of capturing a care recipient’s specific cultural, linguistic and spiritual needs.
