Culturally Inclusive Feedback infobyte

The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing together with Fortis Consulting have developed an informative short infobyte video about Culturally Inclusive Feedback.

The infobyte aims to give aged care providers some key considerations in applying inclusive approaches to getting feedback from older people from diverse cultural backgrounds. It also has some useful links to further resources on the topic.
